Details:

Tai Chi and Qi Gong provide a gentle form of exercise with many health benefits: better balance & concentration, improved muscle control & general well-being. The apparently simple aim of regulating posture, breathing and mind combine to become an enjoyable challenge. Two classes are held weekly on Tuesday mornings in a Hall in Tudeley, in Autumn and Spring terms. In summer we enjoy outdoor practice in shady Tonbridge Parks. The cost is £15 paid at first of each group of five sessions. New members are welcome when classes are in the hall and space permits. Past experience is not necessary, just an open mind, plenty of perseverance, ideally a sense of humour and the ability to exercise standing for an hour. The Tai Chi & Qi Gong routines can be adapted. The Hall has parking and a no step access and it is fitted with a hearing induction loop and a microphone. Speak to Thalia or Liz if you are interested in joining us.
